Youngsters had the chance to see puppets, cheerleaders and clowns, plus put on children's fancy dress, at a fun day to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Illingworth Challengers Children's Club.
The out-of-school club invited all past and present members to join in the celebrations and the children got to play on a bouncy castle as well as use a giant slide and a bucking bronco.
Prizes were given for the best children's fancy dress costume and the bonniest baby, and the young ones got to enjoy the displays of boxing and street dance.
No-one went hungry as there was a barbecue and ice creams for the children and their peckish parents.
Carol Wadley of the Challengers said: "Because it is our 10th year we wanted to try to bring together all the children that have been to Challengers over the years who are now grown up or even parents themselves."
The club was first established in 1998 and had around 70 members.
