Fairy finally gets starring role

The most famous fairy in the world, Tinker Bell, is to finally get a starring role with some lines.
It is expected that the raised status will lead to a rise in the number of princess fairy fancy dress merchandise for children.
Tinker Bell's new status will lead children to a new fairy world with a range of new fairy books, toys, make-up and stationery.
The reinvention of Tinker Bell comes after the announcement that her own film will come out on October 28th and will appeal to children who have outgrown princesses.
"I think fairies has the potential to be as big as princesses," said Andrew Mooney, chairman of Disney Consumer Products.
Last year, Tinker Bell merchandise raised $800 million (£918 million) in retail sales of fairy dolls, bubble bath and bedding.
The fairy will also be appearing at Disney World, where children can wear fairy fancy dress to meet Tinker Bell and her friends.
