Fancy dress and fairy cakes for nursery 5th Aug 2008
Last week saw a say of fun, fancy dress and fairy cakes for the children at Wetherby Day Nursery.
The Kirk Deighton child care centre hosted the fancy dress party for the children at the nursery who were leaving to start primary school in September, reports Wetherby Today.
Children at the nursery took part in games and activities and talked to staff members about starting their new schools.
A number of bright and colourful costumes were being sported throughout the bright and sunny day.
Wetherby Day Nursery is a small nursery that was founded 20 years ago. It provides childcare for babies, toddlers and pre-school children.
Children are encouraged to take part in the number of activities organised by the nursery, including fancy dress and art and craft.
