When Phil Bagley bought a new house the clever dad knew just what one of the most important adjustments would be.
And he told easier property that it was the perfect choice for somewhere to live, adding: "All I need to do is add my own personal touches."
For the most important personal touch of all, he set about making the dream gift for his daughter Trinity Angel - a princess bedroom.
Trinity Angel, aged two, is delighted with the outcome, with her own special room in her dad's stylish new apartment.
Mr Bagley said: "Trinity loves it here which has also paid a big part in how pleased I am," reported the news source.
His new flat is located on the Trent and Mersey Canal and Mr Bagley was part of the construction team that created the development.
Last month five-year-old Afsha Butt's bedroom got a princess makeover thanks to the Starlight Children's Foundation, who rewarded her for her courage coping with a condition called Lanferhans Cell Histiocytosis.
