New Disney fairy films announced

One of Disney's favourite fairies is set to get a starring role in a four new Disney movies.
The animation wizard has announced that over the next four years Tinker Bell is due to feature in a number of films, kicking off with the first release in the fairy series in October.
'Tinker Bell' will feature a magical world of fairies set in Pixie Hollow, where Tink gets jealous of the other fairies. In a quest to be more important, she encounters a series of mishaps. But with the help of her fairy friends, the loveable mini-person manages to solve her problems.
Other films to follow during the next few years will include 'Tinker Bell North of Neverland', 'Tinker Bell a Midsummer Storm' and 'Tinker Bell A Winter Story'.
The whole series is set to go straight to DVD.
Disney also announced the release of ten new animated motion pictures over the next four years to be produced in conjunction with Pixar, including the Princess and the Frog, Rapunzel and Cars 2.
Tinker Bell made her film debut in Peter Pan, when she was the sidekick of the boy who never grew up.
